Please read the following information carefully before returning the products you have purchased.

Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email (email: sklep@beau-and-eco.pl) or by post (Patrycja Izdebska, ul. Piotrkowska 55, 90-413 Łódź) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). 
You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal, together with the purchased products, before the withdrawal period expires. Return shipping is at the expense of the person returning the products.

PLEASE NOTE!

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that show no signs of use and are returned intact, with all components of the product and packaging (e.g. labels, instructions for use, promotional materials, etc.), together with the undamaged original packaging. The product being returned must be wrapped in additional packaging (e.g. wrapping paper) to protect the product's original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of products sent after the return deadline or products that are not in the same condition as when they were received. We will not issue a refund if the product does not meet the above requirements.

The user has no right to withdraw from the contract if it concerns the supply of any of the following products:

1. Products tailored to the Customer's individual needs;
2. Products made to the Customer's order;
3. Audio or visual recordings or computer software supplied in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
4. Goods in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the purchased product from you together with notice of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment methods that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another arrangement; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Please send the product you are returning back to us at: Patrycja Izdebska, ul. Arachidowa 28, 91-232 Łódź, no later than 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, received the product. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product's value is diminished, the seller will carry out an appropriate calculation and determine the amount to be refunded to the Customer.
